Wesley Rapaglia Farmers Insurance Agency in Granbury, TX is hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We offer full‑time positions with base pay plus commissions and opportunities for career growth.

You will develop insurance quotes, present to clients, close sales, and manage relationships with both existing and prospective customers. A P&C license is required in Texas, Life & Health is a plus, and coaching and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or client-facing background is a plus.
• Active TX Property & Casualty General Lines License is required.
• Life and Health license in TX preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Proven trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
• Must be coachable; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Cold call and lead generation activities required.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Communicate with hot leads.
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.
• Understand prospect’s needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services.
• Stay informed about competing products and services.
• Achieve high sales targets.
• Have a ton of fun while being part of a competitive team.
