Allstate Insurance Agency - Harold Jenkins is hiring an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency with national brand support. You will engage new prospects and build relationships in the Savannah community, applying insurance knowledge and sales skills to demonstrate value and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career; sales experience preferred.
• No insurance experience required.
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health licenses to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus).
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently.
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through generating new business and cross-selling existing customers.
• Identify and qualify sales leads generated from a variety of sources.
