The Juris Agency is seeking motivated insurance sales professionals in Irving, TX. The role focuses on developing quotes, delivering compelling presentations, and closing sales while building a robust network of Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Auto Dealers.

You will cultivate lasting client relationships and work both independently and as part of a team. We offer a generous compensation package with base pay, commissions, and performance bonuses.

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
