Job summary

Confie is seeking a Store Manager in Chicago, IL to drive sales performance, mentor the team, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role offers a strong commission structure and a sign-on bonus opportunity, with extensive training and ongoing mentorship.

You will lead daily sales targets, expand business with existing customers, and ensure adherence to Store Operational Excellence standards. English/Spanish bilingual is preferred; a degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coaching and mentoring sales teams.
• Preferred: Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily performance and targets for the sales teams.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers to meet goals.
• Coach sales team to deliver a standard of customer care consistently.
• Oversee the sales team to achieve operational targets and monitor performance.
• Assist with escalated customer service issues and questions.
• Execute Store Operational Excellence (SOE).

What You Will Do:

The Perfect Match:

• - Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)
• - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• - 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education
• - Previous experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams
• - Understanding of fiduciary duty and maintaining high levels of integrity and ethics
• - Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• - Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
