Westwood Insurance Agency seeks a motivated outbound sales/customer service representative for a high-volume call center. You will handle a large number of outbound calls to gather client information for licensed agents and set up new accounts, ensuring smooth operations.

The role offers a clear path to becoming a licensed agent in about 6 months, with company-paid licensing and a hybrid work schedule after training (two days in-office) along with team events and incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling, call centers, sales, or customer service.
• Comfortable with computers and basic software usage.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• No certifications or licenses required to start— willingness to learn!

Responsibilities

• Make 150+ outbound calls a day to prospective and existing customers.
• Gather valuable client information and pass on leads to licensed agents.
• Set up new accounts and enter customer information accurately.
• Reconnect with customers to provide outstanding service and follow up.
• Promote products, generate interest, and stay on top of daily/weekly goals.
