Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC in Hinesville, GA is seeking a Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance and build lasting client relationships. You will solicit new business, maintain existing accounts, and work toward production goals with support from a structured mentorship program.

The role offers a base salary plus monthly uncapped commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible primarily for the sale of nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet the agreed upon production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits to the bank with scanned documentation.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises customers on products that best fit their needs.

The pay range for a Sales Agent is $12.50-$16.00 + / hourly

Our Compensation package includes a competitive base salary + monthly uncapped commissions + renewal commissions + monthly bonus incentives
