Job Description:

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Senior Benefits Agency, you will be responsible for assisting clients in choosing the right Medicare plans, including Medicare Advantage and Supplement options. In this dynamic role, you will leverage our cutting-edge lead generation system and receive ongoing training and support to help you achieve your sales targets.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with clients to identify their healthcare needs and preferences.
  • Educating clients about the different Medicare options available to them.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients for recurring business.
  • Utilizing our advanced tools to streamline the sales process and enhance client engagement.
  • Participating in training sessions and team meetings to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid health insurance license or a willingness to acquire one.
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with technology and CRM software is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Training Pay: $10/hour. We will cover your licensing and exam fees. You must pass the pre-licensing course in order to receive your training pay.
  • This position will pay $160 per day PLUS commission.

Commission is 20%.

  • 40 Hours/week
  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 11:00 Am to 7:00 PM.

This job will offer a remote, hybrid and in-office experience.
