Murrill McDaniel Agency is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as benefits sales representatives. You’ll work directly with individuals, families, and businesses to understand their needs and provide insurance and benefits solutions.

This is a hands-on sales opportunity in a local environment with team support and training provided. Preferred candidates include those who are self-motivated, have strong communication skills, and are willing to learn.

Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required. We provide training and resources to help the right candidates develop the skills needed to succeed.

Compensation and growth

This is a commission-only sales position with average first-year earnings of $65,000+ and uncapped earning potential based on performance. Training and professional development are provided, with opportunities for advancement based on performance. State and federal laws require licensing to sell certain insurance products, and candidates must be willing and able to obtain the appropriate license.

Work location

In person: This is a locally based role that includes working with your team in the office as well as field-based sales, meeting with clients and businesses throughout the surrounding area. Reliable transportation is required.
