This Insurance Consultant role offers licensing support, a strong learning program, and a fast-paced sales environment with a culture that promotes growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience.
• Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty license.
• Strong phone communication and persuasion skills to achieve goals and deadlines.
• Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office software.
• Upbeat attitude with a go-getter mentality.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze information about prospective customers' business needs.
• Compare and evaluate possible insurance products to develop individualized advice and strategies for each customer based on their insurance and financial status, risk tolerance, needs, and objectives.
• Determine which insurance products best meet prospects' needs.
• Advise prospects on their choices among multiple personal lines and/or small commercial lines insurance options.
• Market and promote various insurance products to turn prospects into customers.
• Conform with the laws, regulations, and requirements governing the insurance industry.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism.
• Embrace our culture and fast-paced environment.
• Adapt easily to changing priorities.
