Job summary

The Baldwin Group offers a Specialty Summer Internship Program for rising college seniors, providing hands-on experience in corporate risk management and insurance. Interns are placed in Financial Lines or Professional & Cyber Solutions, with an eight-week schedule and paid compensation for U.S. applicants.

Dates run June 7, 2027 to July 30, 2026, with College Credit options through CAC. Interns will conduct data analysis, engage in sales projects, and network with clients and industry

Qualifications

• Rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Preferred prior working experience; communication, networking, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Adaptable to change and able to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Long-term interest in a career in insurance

Responsibilities

• Gain day-to-day understanding of risk management in the commercial space
• Learn about various practice lines, product groups, and industry verticals in the Specialty group
• Collaborate with clients, markets, and other insurance professionals
• Participate in Summer Intern events to build business acumen and interact with leadership
• Conduct research, perform data analysis, and participate in client-focused projects
• Engage in a start-to-finish client prospecting project delivering risk assessment and solutions
