Amicus Talent Solutions seeks an experienced Insurance Risk Manager for a senior, on-site role in Milwaukee. You will oversee a complex insurance programme across a diverse real estate portfolio, advising leadership and coordinating with brokers, carriers and internal teams.

The role covers renewals, claims support, risk mitigation and compliance, with travel as needed. You will partner with finance, legal and operations to align risk strategy with business goals.

We are working with a national Industrial real estate business that is looking to appoint an experienced Insurance Risk Manager to join its risk management team.

This is a senior, hands-on role supporting a complex and fast-moving insurance programme across a diverse real estate portfolio. The successful candidate will provide high-level risk management expertise, work closely with internal leadership and operational teams, and act as a key point of contact for external brokers, carriers and insurance partners.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Milwaukee.

The Role

The Insurance Risk Manager will support the wider business across insurance, claims, risk mitigation, renewals and loss control, while helping ensure the organisation maintains strong relationships across the insurance marketplace.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day insurance and risk management requirements across the business
  
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, carriers and internal stakeholders
  
• Working closely with the insurance brokerage team to deliver key business priorities
  
• Supporting insurance due diligence for new properties, projects and business ventures
  
• Leading and coordinating annual insurance renewal activity

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
  
• 5+ years of experience within Risk Management and Insurance
  
• Strong commercial insurance knowledge
  
• Experience managing complex insurance programmes
  
• Strong relationship management skills across brokers, carriers and internal leadership
  
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
