Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or a related field is required.
• CPA/CIA designation is required or strongly preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in public accounting, consulting, or insurance is required.
• Hands-on experience with internal audit, risk, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal audit engagements for insurance clients (P&C, life/health).
• Plan, execute, and oversee risk assessments and control testing.
• Develop and present results to executive management and audit committees.
• Coach and develop junior staff and manage engagement staffing.
