Morgan Stanley is seeking an Insurance Risk Associate reporting to an Executive Director in the Risk and Insurance Management Department. You will manage policy renewals across professional liability, D&O/E&O, ERISA bonds, and related programs, and support data collection for renewal submissions.
The role requires 4–5 years of RIM/insurance experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
We're seeking someone to join our team as an Insurance Risk Associate reporting to an Executive Director in the management of various policy lines focusing on professional liability, directors' & officers' liability, surety/ERISA bonds and commodities-related policies (property & liability). This position will provide an opportunity to learn the risk and insurance management discipline and be part of a Risk and Insurance Management Department (RIMD) with global responsibilities for a world-class financial services company.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $98,000 and $137,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
