Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an Insurance & Risk Analyst for the Greater Orlando Area. This high-visibility role reports to executive leadership and owns enterprise-wide insurance and risk programs across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial insurance or corporate risk management, with experience in contracts, renewals, and governance. Local candidates only; this position offers autonomy and long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, corporate risk management, or commercial insurance brokerage/account management.
• Experience managing commercial insurance programs, renewals, claims, certificates, endorsements, and compliance processes.
• Experience reviewing contracts and evaluating insurance requirements.
• Multi-entity organization experience strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial insurance programs, renewals, policies, endorsements, certificates, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Administer property and auto claims and maintain insurance schedules.
• Review contracts and insurance requirements to identify and mitigate risk exposures.
• Track insurance costs, invoices, and premium allocations across entities.
• Support development of corporate risk management policies and procedures.
• Assist with risk analysis for acquisitions and strategic business initiatives.
• Coordinate business licensing, entity filings, and governance-related activities.
