Holland & Knight's State and Local Policy Regulation practice group is seeking an insurance regulatory associate with 1-5 years of experience for our Dallas (preferred), Houston, or Austin offices. Primary responsibilities include and are not limited to, conducting legal research, preparing written documents such as legal memos and opinion letters, communicating with regulators, preparing contracts, analyzing insurance related contracts and other types of agreements, attending hearings and other meetings, reviewing due diligence documents, and preparing regulatory filings. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and the ability to appropriately prioritize matters is essential. Candidate must be licensed to practice and in good standing in Texas and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance regulatory law.
