Your day‑to‑day as an Insurance Property Inspector

This is a 1099 position with flexible weekday hours either 7 AM–4 PM, 8 AM–5 PM, or 9 AM–5 PM, dispatching daily from home with no central office reporting required.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Conduct on‑site inspections of homes and businesses, capturing detailed photographs and documenting key features important to underwriting decisions.
• Assess conditions, identify potential hazards or concerns, and gather accurate data to provide a complete picture.
• Compile thorough, high‑quality underwriting survey reports at your workspace, ensuring every detail supports informed risk evaluation.
