Your Day-to-Day as an Insurance Property Inspector

This is a 1099 position with flexible hours. Field Operating Hours: Normal operating hours are from 8:00AM until 8:00PM, or dusk, whichever is earlier, Monday through Saturday. Unless requested by the policyholder or resident no surveys (or phone contact) will be completed after 8:00PM or on Sundays or Holidays. You will dispatch daily from home with no central office reporting required. As our Insurance Property Inspector, you'll conduct on‑site inspections of homes and businesses, capturing detailed photographs and documenting key features that matter to underwriting decisions. As you walk each property, you'll assess conditions, identify potential hazards or concerns, and gather accurate data that tells the full story. Back at your workspace, you'll compile thorough, high‑quality underwriting survey reports, ensuring every detail supports informed risk evaluation.
