Job summary

Ford Credit Insurance Operations is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Insurance Center of Excellence and oversee insurance products, ensuring compliance and alignment with customer needs. You will coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, Accounting, Ford Credit, Ford Motor Company, dealers, and claims teams.

The role includes redesigning the COE SharePoint site, managing end-to-end insurance projects, supporting training, and performing competitor analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in Captive Insurance Management or a combination of Captive Insurance Management and P&C Insurance, including product management, underwriting, and/or claims
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with leadership experience
• Experience coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Actuarial, Accounting, and Insurance teams

Responsibilities

• Manage the Insurance Operations COE (Center of Excellence) and redesign/enhance the COE SharePoint site and database.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to modernize reports and data visibility across the enterprise.
• Act as Insurance SME, ensuring products are compliant, competitive, and aligned with customer needs.
• Perform competitor analysis and document updates every 6–12 months.
• Provide training support through Learning & Development and collaborate on rate reviews and policy updates.
