New Jersey Manufacturers Ins. is hiring an Insurance Product Management Analyst, Intern in the Product Management department. The role supports data-driven decisions by monitoring performance metrics and communicating insights to leadership.

The intern will participate in analytical activities to understand profit, growth, retention, and operations, with opportunities to present findings and contribute to strategic projects.

Qualifications

• Sophomore or junior rising in summer 2027 pursuing a quantitative degree.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Familiarity with data science tools (SQL, SAS, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a team and commute to West Trenton, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Review market share and competitor activities in assigned states.
• Provide insights and trends in the marketplace.
• Generate regular reporting on key performance indicators.
• Lead strategic projects supporting state management with presentations for leaders.
• Develop competitive models and dashboards from data and analyses.
• Compile, clean, and analyze data to communicate business results.
• Conduct presentations as required.
• Review financial results with leaders, offering insights vs. expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, Economics, IT, or related field
