Authentic is seeking an Insurance Product Analyst who will bridge actuarial product development and program configuration. You will support rate indications, pricing, and regulatory filings, then build rates, rules, and forms directly in our PAS system.
This entry-level role trains you across actuarial, filing, and configuration tasks, working with senior teammates to grow independent ownership. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are essential.
Authentic helps insurance brokers create better insurance products for their clients. We provide the technology platform and behind-the-scenes support that lets brokers build custom insurance solutions for specific industries or customer groups. Think of us as the operating system that powers these specialized insurance offerings. For brokers, this means they can offer unique products their competitors don't have, earn more money, and spend less time on paperwork and administrative tasks. We handle the complex (technology, compliance, and partnerships with highly-rated insurance carriers), so they can focus on serving their customers and growing their business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants exposure to both the actuarial and technical/configuration sides of insurance product development, working closely with senior actuarial and program development teammates as they grow into more independent ownership of builds and filings.
We are looking for thoughtful individuals that demonstrate skills that reflect a proactive and strategic approach to problem resolution. This is an entry-level role and we will train you on the actuarial, filing, and configuration work end to end. Prior experience with insurance, SERFF, or technical/configuration systems is not required; some exposure is a plus, but curiosity and a fast learning curve matter more.
