Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators achieve financial security through tailored insurance and financial plans. You will receive mentorship from an experienced agent while gaining hands-on industry experience with a comprehensive product portfolio.

The role offers mentorship, a broad product suite, and an incentive-based compensation structure with opportunities for bonuses, trips, and commissions. In-person and field work options are available.
