Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to mentor under an experienced agent and gain hands-on experience in selling financial protection products tailored for educators. The role offers mentorship, robust training, and a compensation structure with performance-based commissions and incentives.

The successful candidate will develop solutions for educators' financial goals, present to individuals or groups, and engage with the community to grow a client base across a comprehensive portfolio
