Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to mentor under an experienced agent and gain hands-on industry experience. You will sell multi-line products to educators, build your own book of business, and participate in a robust incentive program.

The role offers in-person, field, and office work options with comprehensive training, strong earning potential, and opportunities for trips based on performance.
