Job summary

The Gomez Agency is hiring a licensed producer in Orlando, FL. This position comes with access to Brightway's national carrier network and agency support, plus commission with no cap on earnings.

Sell personal lines insurance (auto, home, life) to new and existing clients, build your own pipeline, and consult with customers to identify coverage. Hybrid work setup and strong performance drive earnings.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• 1–3 years of insurance sales experience required.
• Strong communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Self-directed and comfortable managing your own workload in a hybrid setup.
