Qualifications

• Experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, loan officer, or premium audit positions.
• Office administration or financial analysis experience is beneficial.
• Candidates without experience are considered.
• Associate degree in relevant fields qualifies you to apply.
• Proficiency with technology, computers, and video conferencing tools is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professionalism are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills and targets-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch from home to assigned job sites and manage daily schedule.
• Conduct in-person and virtual audits of payroll records, financial documents, and operations data.
• Review information for accuracy and compliance with insurance standards.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and supporting documentation for clients and internal teams.
