Job summary

Information Providers Inc. in Minot, ND is hiring a full-time Insurance Premium Auditor. You will dispatch from home to client sites and conduct audits of payroll records and financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The role features a stable schedule, typically 8am–5pm or 7am–4pm, Monday–Friday, and a benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in insurance auditing or payroll review is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch from home to client sites and manage daily schedule.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual audits.
• Review payroll records, financial documents, and operations data for accuracy.
• Prepare audit reports and supporting documentation.

Schedule

Choose a schedule that supports your lifestyle while maintaining a consistent routine. We offer full‑time opportunities, working either 8 am‑5 pm or 7 am‑4 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

Dispatch directly from your home to your assigned job sites, taking ownership of your daily schedule by coordinating and managing client appointments. Conduct both in‑person and virtual audits, carefully reviewing payroll records, financial documents, and business operations data. Analyze information to ensure accuracy and compliance with insurance standards, staying organized and efficient. Prepare detailed audit reports and supporting documentation, helping clients and internal teams rely on your work with confidence.
