Job summary

American Heritage Insurance Group is seeking a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to serve clients and ensure their coverage needs are met. You will build trust with clients and work closely with carriers to find the best options.

In this role, you will manage a book of business, perform new and renewal marketing, and maintain high client retention while providing outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Active Property and Casualty license.
• 2-3 years independent agency experience.
• CIC or CISR certification preferred.
• Experience with Hawksoft Carrier Rating System preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Zoom.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain high level of client retention and loyalty.
• Servicing a book of business: new and renewal marketing and placement.
• Cultivate new business with existing and new accounts.
• Be the liaison between company, clients/prospects and carriers.
• Receive and advise on filing claims with clients' insurance providers.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a responsive, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform the essential duties of servicing a book of business, including new and renewal marketing and placement.
• The ability to cultivate new business with both existing and new accounts is also a critical function of this position.
• Be the connection between the company, clients/prospects and the multiple insurance carriers represented by the company.
• Receive claim information from clients and render advice on filing claims with their insurance provider.
• Provide outstanding customer service and communicate with clients in a responsive, professional manner.

Requirements
