Job summary

WTW is seeking a coordinated service professional to manage internal workflows for commercial property and casualty clients. You will support certificate processing, policy checks, invoices, and data entry across AMS, SharePoint, and related systems.

In this role, you will ensure accurate deliverables and timely renewals while maintaining strong client communications. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in relevant environments and at least 1 year in insurance brokerage, with license requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal service processes for assigned property and casualty clients.
• Manage outsourcing of workflows (COIs, auto IDs, policy checks, MVRs).
• Prepare and review client communications and deliverables.
• Manage certificate of insurance process as needed.
• Process and distribute endorsements and invoices.
• Monitor billing discrepancies and perform reconciliations.
• Enter data accurately in AMS, SharePoint, and other systems.
• Coordinate renewal workflows for timely execution.
