Responsibilities include renewal submissions, MVRs, IFTA summaries, and CRM updates, with strong emphasis on accuracy, organization, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Active resident state Commercial Property & Casualty insurance license preferred.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication and people management skills.
• Ability to interact with employees and customers in a professional manner.
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
• Strong computer skills with various software including Microsoft Office, E-Mail, and Internet.
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with others.

Responsibilities

• Work with Marketing Manager on Renewal accounts; set up submissions, proposals, and finance contracts.
• Run MVRs.
• Complete IFTA and Loss Summaries.
• Complete company required applications.
• Online Rating Systems.
• Maintain records of existing clients.
• Use Reliance sales tools and CRM to update renewal business life cycle.
