Responsibilities

• Perform insurance property surveys for residential and commercial properties.
• Take photos of properties and collect details and overall condition information.
• Prepare and submit timely survey reports, including attachments, via the online portal.
• Ensure all survey reports are uploaded through PC/Desktop with attachments.
• Report findings in a clear and accurate manner for underwriting and risk assessment.

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

What is needed to perform Duties:

• Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections
• Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
• smartphone or digital camera
• reliable home internet
• Basic Computer and Communication skills
