Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys in the Pittsburgh area. Surveys cover residential and commercial properties, including photo capture, data collection, and reporting.

You will drive to inspections with a reliable car, use Windows 10+ devices, and submit reports online with attachments. Onboarding is supported to help you be successful.

Qualifications

• Own a reliable car and a valid driver’s license.
• Windows 10+ PC and smartphone or digital camera.
• Reliable home internet and basic computer/communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to residential and commercial sites in the Pittsburgh area.

Responsabilités

• Conduct property surveys, photograph properties, collect details and conditions.
• Prepare clear reports and submit online with attachments.
• Ensure timely delivery of survey reports.

Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys!

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys.

This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

What is needed to perform Duties:

• Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections
• Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
• smartphone or digital camera
• reliable home internet
• Basic Computer and Communication skills

Coverage Area: Pittsburg, PA
