Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys in the New Castle, DE area. Responsibilities include inspecting residential and commercial properties, taking photos, gathering property details, and producing reports.

Contractors can work full-time or part-time. Onboarding support is provided to help you succeed in this role. All reports must be submitted online with attachments via PC/Desktop.

Qualifications

• Must own a reliable car to inspect properties.
• Proficient with Windows 10+ and basic computer use.
• Own smartphone or digital camera and reliable home internet.
• Willingness to travel to New Castle, DE area.

Responsibilities

• Take photos of properties and collect property details and overall conditions.
• Prepare reports in a timely manner and submit reports online.

Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys!

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

What is needed to perform Duties:

Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections, Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer, smartphone or digital camera, reliable home internet, Basic Computer and Communication skills.
