Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys for both residential and commercial properties. You will drive to inspections, photograph sites, gather property details and assess overall condition for timely reporting.

Reports are submitted online via our portal. This is a flexible contract role suitable for individuals who can work independently, with onboarding and ongoing support to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualificações

• Must own a reliable car and be able to drive to inspections.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate common software.
• Good communication skills and ability to report findings clearly.

• Conduct insurance property surveys for residential and commercial properties.

Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys!

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property Surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

What is needed to perform Duties:

• Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections
• Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
• smartphone or digital camera
• reliable home internet
• Basic Computer and Communication skills

Coverage Area:

Millvale, PA
