Job summary

Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys on residential and commercial properties in the Clarksdale area. You will drive to sites, capture property details and photos, and prepare reports for timely submission.

The role supports both full-time and part-time engagement with onboarding and ongoing support provided by Davies. A reliable vehicle and access to a computer with Windows 10 or newer are required.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status required.
• Reliable vehicle required for inspections.
• Ability to drive to locations and upload reports online.
• Experience with property surveys is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct insurance property surveys for residential and commercial properties.
• Take photos and gather property details and conditions.
• Prepare and submit survey reports promptly with attachments.
• Submit all reports online via PC/Desktop as required by Davies Risk Services.

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

• Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections
• Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
• smartphone or digital camera
• reliable home internet
• Basic Computer and Communication skills
