Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through trials and appeals.
• Conduct legal research and write memoranda.
• Draft briefs, pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Manage discovery (documents, written discovery, depositions).
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, experts and opposing counsel.
