Starr Insurance invites motivated undergrads to join a 10-week internship in Los Angeles, designed to expose you to core Property/Casualty functions such as claims, underwriting, audit, IT, marketing, and HR. You will gain hands-on experience, guided by seasoned mentors, while building essential professional skills.

You’ll participate in hands-on training, professional development activities, and a capstone project to summarize key takeaways and demonstrate growth to mentors and leaders.

Qualifications

• Risk Management or Insurance major preferred, but not mandatory.
• Relevant coursework preferred, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to key Functions within Property/Casualty (Claims, Underwriting, Audit, IT, Marketing, HR, etc.).
• Support business needs and gain understanding of the industry during the internship.
