Marisol Johnson State Farm Agency in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to support outreach efforts. You will engage with prospective customers, visit local businesses, and help people explore insurance options.

Join a team dedicated to community service, training, and growth. You’ll represent the agency at events, build relationships, and contribute to marketing campaigns while delivering friendly, helpful service.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound communications.
• Visit a set number of businesses weekly to build Centers of Influence.
• Visit a set number of businesses weekly to maintain Centers of Influence.
• Attend Community Events.
• Attend Business Association meetings.
• Build relationships within the community to promote awareness of available products and services.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and local events.
• Track activity goals and contribute to office business objectives.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience.
