Jeremiah Stephen - State Farm Agent in Camas, WA is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team as a Financial Services Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member.

You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance, while establishing marketing goals and generating leads to grow the agency's client base.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
