Responsibilities

• The role involves all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials.
• The firm's General Liability Practice defends property, personal injury, New York Labor Law, premises, negligence, no-fault, auto, and catastrophic claims for insured or self-insured businesses and individuals.
• The firm excels in the litigation and trial of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex litigation cases.
• While insurance defense experience is preferred, the firm is also interested in developing attorneys with excellent skills from any litigation arena.
