Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Bar admission in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Strong research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review pleadings and motions; respond to discoveries and drive motions.
• Lead and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, client meetings; negotiate settlements.
• Master Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel in daily workflow.
