Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas (good standing).
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel across Texas.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation caseload from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and responses.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case evaluations.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and witnesses.
• Assist with trial preparation and proceedings.
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
