Insurance Defense Litigator – Partner Level

Location : Remote

A growing litigation practice is seeking a Partner-Level Insurance Defense Litigator to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who wants the flexibility of working remotely while managing a strong docket in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  • Handle cases from intake through resolution and maintain strong communication and writing skills.
  • Draft pleadings and motions and manage discovery.
  • Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Manage cases independently while maintaining a minimum of 160 billable hours per month.
Qualifications
  • At least 8 years of insurance defense litigation experience, preferably with trucking and premises liability matters.
  • Licensed in Texas.
  • Ability to manage cases independently and maintain a minimum of 160 billable hours per month.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range : $160,000 – $175,000+ DOE
  • Medical, dental, vision, life, STD / LTD, and 401(k)
  • $50 / month cell reimbursement and $50 / month fitness reimbursement
  • 15 vacation days plus up to 10 PTO days annually
  • CLE reimbursement up to $500 annually
