• 3–10 years' experience as an attorney in Insurance Defense/Litigation or Healthcare Defense.
• 1st and 2nd chair trial experience strongly preferred.
• Licensed to practice in Texas.
• Strong academic credentials and job tenure.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Insurance Defense and Healthcare Defense matters in Dallas, TX.
• Act as trial counsel, including 1st/2nd chair duties where needed.
• Work initially in-office with hybrid option of 1–2 remote days per week after training.
• Advise clients on case strategy, settlements, and litigation risk.
