Job summary

PinnacleConnect LLC seeks an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney for Las Vegas, NV. The role supports remote work with an office in the Henderson/Las Vegas area, handling defense litigation from start to finish.

You will draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, take and defend depositions, and participate in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Nevada Bar is required, plus recent insurance defense experience.

Qualifications

• NV Bar license required.
• Recent insurance defense experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
• Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.

Job duties:
