Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Communicate with clients, claims adjusters, and witnesses; provide updates and strategic advice.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.
• Handle all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Defend clients in claims involving personal injury, property damage, medical malpractice, construction, transportation, and product liability.
• Defend civil litigation and binding arbitration in state and federal court.
• Attend court hearings and oral arguments remotely and in-person.
• Prepare for and mediate cases and settlement conferences.
