Job summary

Simon, Reed & Salazar, P.A., a boutique firm, seeks associate / partner level attorneys to join its growing third-party practice defending against personal injury claims on behalf of insurance companies, self-insured entities and other corporations in civil litigation.

You will work as part of a collaborative litigation team handling premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, and auto matters from assignment through trial, working directly with carriers and firm leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Florida personal injury litigation experience (defense preferred).
• Trial or substantial deposition and motion experience.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Florida Bar member in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Defend against personal injury claims on behalf of insurance companies, self-insured entities and other corporations.
• Handle matters from assignment through trial as part of a collaborative litigation team.
• Work directly with carriers and firm leadership on premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, and auto matters.
