BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney in Paramus, NJ. The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload, providing legal representation and advice to clients in insurance defense matters.

You will represent clients in insurance defense litigation, perform research, draft pleadings, attend hearings and trials, and negotiate settlements while maintaining clear client communications. The position requires NJ licensure and a JD from an accredited law school.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense.
• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
