The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience and strong knowledge in Premises Liability and General Liability. Responsibilities include managing a caseload from evaluation to resolution, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents. The position offers an annual salary between $150,000-$200,000 along with full benefits including medical, dental, and flexible work schedules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance defense or related field.
• Admitted to practice law in Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense cases from initial evaluation to resolution.
• Conduct legal and factual research to develop defense strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Take and defend depositions and prepare witnesses.
