The ideal candidate will have expertise in bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, and other insurance defense proceedings. The role includes drafting motions, negotiating settlements, and independently handling cases.

Qualifications

• 3-12+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred).
• Experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, employment, and other insurance defense proceedings (Required).

Responsibilities

• Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings.
• Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting.
• Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision.
