National Insurance Defense Law Firm seeks an Insurance Defense Attorney licensed in Nevada with 5+ years of trial-ready experience for a remote role. You will handle complex defense matters across states and work autonomously.

Responsibilities include managing caseloads from evaluation to resolution, performing legal research, drafting pleadings and briefs, and handling depositions. Competitive salary 175k–225k plus full benefits and flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of insurance defense experience.
• Experience in medmal, products liability, premises liability, or related areas.
• Licensed to practice law in Nevada.

We are working with a National Insurance Defense Law Firm, looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney to join their team. Specifically, they are looking for someone who has 5+ years experience. This role is remote.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience
• Previous experience in either; medmal, products liability, premises liability, etc.
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Nevada

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense cases, from initial claim evaluation to final resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal and factual research, and develop effective defense strategies for clients.
• Draft various legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs to support defense strategies.
• Handle written discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare witnesses for these proceedings

The annual salary for this position is between 175k-225k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
